Advertised truck on commercial truck trader for sale and didn't receive even one inquiry. No results whatsoever. You have successfully placed an ad with CommercialTruckTrader.com! Looking for a service/mechanic's truck. Found one at a great price! Called and called on it only to find that the truck depicted does not exist. They try to sell you a newer truck to build, no used truck. If you don't have it don't advertise it. Deceptive Ads

I too answered an add for a dump truck which stated that the truck had 44000 lb rears and 18000 lb ft axel and doubled framed.After flying 1000 miles I found the truck had 40000 rears and 12000 lb ft axel and no double frame and 50,000 miles more then what was advertised. Be ware Julio Heriberto Lara Contreras of Fort Laurdale Florida a *** man who kept my deposit check. I do have a judgement against him from Broward county court and I found out that he has done this before. Their are other law suits against him,HE IS A CROOK. BEWARE.do not buy from this *** man.He should be deported. Mike DeMartino

I saw an ad i think in commercial truck trader and i call and speak to dsuit. He told me everything i wanted to hear but after i drove down to get the truck none of it was true. The trucks, the few he has are the worst looking, running, scratch that cause i dont think he has anything that runs except his car to the bank to spend my money. I researched him and know he is in trouble for taking peoples money outright and that is wrong. i was ashamed that I got scammed and did not want to report him cause I was embarassed but I finally did and feel better. ST

Total rip off. After 5 plane tickets and 16 days hotel stay I still don't have a truck.

The truck broke down twice on our way home. We were blamed for not purchasing the warranty and told we would have to pay for the repairs. we agreed. They towed the truck back to their lot, but I don't understand why because the truck has been sitting for two weeks and not touched.

We were told that we would get a loaner truck, made a trip to Gulfport and was totally ignored after the 4th day after the manager promised to swap the truck out. No one even bothered to call and explain why we didn't get a truck. They told us the title would be mailed to the bank after we paid cash. two weeks later the bank called us saying they never got it.

The manager said it was mailed out on 5/18/16. Guess what???? It never was. On 5/25/16 they said they had it and wouldn't bother mailing it to the bank (but what bank?

We paid cash!!!) since they are going to switch out the truck for another one. I'm still waiting for someone to have the decency to pick up the phone and call. They have the broken truck, no sign of a title, and they are holding on to the bank's $36,000 that we have to pay back. They eventually called and asked what we intend to do about the truck...wait a minute, you guys said you were going to swap it out...now they want us to wire $3500 before the truck can be "fixed".

The same truck they fixed to thoroughly and made DOT ready. Turns out they sold the truck they promised to trade for the broken one. The insurance cancelled on us after a month because the vehicle wasn't registered in Maryland. It is truly a dog eat dog world.

They are really nice before they get your money, but after that...good luck. I really hope someone there has a heart and one of these reviews will appeal to their better nature. How can they treat people like that? The manager promised me everything will be okay and that once they fix the truck it will be good.

But now he's not calling or returning our calls. Where did I go wrong?

SMH. Lord help us!!!!!

I purchased a 2005 Freightliner classic from Dee and drove from Tyler Texas to get it.

The truck was exactly as described.

The price was fair and he was very helpful and reasonable.

My dealings with him were very favorable and I would buy from him again.

I am in possession of what appears to be a fake document from Al Webb regarding an engine rebuild. I was scammed into working there and was let go when I demanded to be paid.

Walked out with a few things.

Would love to help out any one that was ripped off by MNL. Anyone interested in shutting it down?
